4 Superfood Bliss Ball Recipes You Are Going To Love!

Bliss Balls make the most perfect snacks for life on the go! From making larger batches and freezing them, or making a few different flavours and popping them in your handbag and gym bag for a snack during the day.

They are loaded with nutrients to give you the strength and energy you need throughout the day and their size makes them super manageable and easy to transport.

They are also super easy to make! Just mix the ingredients together & roll them into a ball!

 

Here are our 4 favourite Oh My Glow Bliss Balls to inspire you and get your creative juices flowing!

 

Lemon, Coconut and Maca Bliss Balls.

Ingredients:

  • -  1/2 cup raw cashews.
  • -  Juice of 1 lemon.
  • -  1/2 cup desiccated coconut.
  • -  1/4 cup coconut nectar (or maple syrup).
  • -  2 Tbsp softened coconut oil.
  • -  1 tsp maca powder.
  • -  6 tsp OMG Beauty Blend.
  • -  1/8-1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
  • -  1/8 tsp sea salt.

 

Peanut Butter and Chia Seed Bliss Balls.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sultanas.
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour.
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds.
  • 2 tsps of OMG Beauty Blend.

 

Raw Brownie Bites.

Ingredients:

  •  1/2 cups raw walnut halves.
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt. 
  •  1 cup soft dates, pitted.
  •  1 tablespoon water.
  • 4 teaspoons of OMG Beauty Blend.
  • Additional cocoa powder, coconut or crushed
  • nuts for coating (optional).

 

Passionfruit Bliss Balls.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 quinoa flakes.
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats.
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut.
  • 4 pitted dates.
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil.
  • 2 Passionfruits.
  • 2 tsps of OMG Beauty Blend.

Breakfast Fruit Yogurt Popsicle Recipe

Recipe: Breakfast Popsicles!

Happy Summer Oh My Glow loves!

With the beach, pool, boating, and many more fun outdoor activities on our mind, we've found a perfect way to enjoy an on-the-go breakfast that's good for you and will help keep you cool during these hot days :)

The best part? All you'll need is a popsicle mold, yogurt, sliced fruit, and a freezer!

 

  • Start with the yogurt (we used vanilla, but go on and experiment!). Add a layer to the mold as a base. 
  • Next, add in your fruit slices (the closer to the edge of the mold they are, the more they will show through and look nice).
  • Glaze over with another layer of yogurt 
  • Put into the freezer and serve when frozen! Now You have HEALTHY frozen yogurt pops!

 

*Dip into granola or add granola to the mix for an extra yummy (and healthy) way to enjoy!

Coconut Berry Detox Smoothies

Coconut-Berry Detoxing Smoothie

Summer's here! What's better than cooling down with an ice-cold smoothie? A good-for-you smoothie, that's what! This one is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, and even some protein! And even better - It's super simple and FAST to make, which we all have time for!

 

Here's the recipe:

- 1/2 cup blueberries 

- 1/2 cup strawberries 

- 2 tbs Oh My Glow 

- Chia seeds (to taste -- we added 1 tbs)

- ~1 cup Coconut milk (to taste/texture again, it's up to you!)

- 1 tbs honey for sweetness (again, add to taste)

- ice to taste/texture 

 

*Try substituting the fruits for a tasty new flavor! (Strawberry-banana, Mango-pineapple, Blackberry-mango, etc)

**Boost the protein by adding in a protein powder or a greek yogurt of choice!
