Healthy, Fluffy (& Vegan!) Pancakes

Happy Pancake Day, Beauties! :)

I've been experimenting like crazy trying to create a recipe for pancakes that everyone can enjoy, no matter what dietary requirements!

What's more - it needs to be easy. I mean seriously who has 20 of these crazy expensive and hard to get hold of ingredients just sitting ready in their cupboard?!

I think I've cracked it, and I'd love to get your opinion on that too! These fluffy vanilla pancakes were absolutely delicious and completely guilt-free. All the more to enjoy, right?

I had my daily Oh My Glow alongside my pancakes, of course. The energy boost that it gives me in a morning is just amazing! Did you know that we are actually offering Free Worldwide Delivery right now too?


- 1/2 Banana

- 1/2 Cup Oats

- 1 Scoop Vegan Protein (I used Sun Warrior Vanilla Flavour)

- 1/2 Cup Non-Dairy Milk (I used Rude Health Almond Milk)


Add all ingredients to a blender - this is where my trusty Nutribullet gets some good use!

Heat a pan with coconut oil, and fry gently on each side until golden brown.


I used raw honey, freshly squeezed lemon and strawberry. Coconut yoghurt also makes a great topping!
